I appreciated the practical and sincere approach you two used to provide insights and advice -- particularly enjoyed the "advanced communication techniques" (and had a good chuckle later, thinking of how many times I'd heard cosmetologists use those!). I picked up many good tips from the webinar and I was encouraged. I also really appreciated the several samples of two-minute commercials.
